Our Chef combines dishes simply, allowing the combined subtle flavours to deliver a truly memorable meal. He uses local produce that compliments our typical Kentish setting of an Oast House, which dates back to the early 1700's. There is an all-day bar menu served on the terrace and in the snug, alongside fine dining in the restaurant.
