How to join

In today’s fast moving society many people can’t justify entrance fees and large annual membership fees because they simply don’t have the chance to play enough golf. If you fall into this category but still want to be a member of a top class golf club then Golf Membership at Hemsted Forest is definitely for you. Hemsted Forest Golf Club operates a fresh concept of golf membership offering a totally flexible and low cost approach to golf membership. The benefits are:

Hemsted Forest Golf Membership

When a golfer joins Hemsted Forest they buy a number of “units” which are held on a membership account. The units options are available in varying sizes based on a sliding scale ensuring the more units purchased the better value they become. Each time a member plays, a number of units, depending on when they play, are deducted from the account. Units can also be used for up to three guests play at any time.

Members can purchase additional units at any point throughout the year as required. All units are perpetually valid, providing that the minimum option of units required is purchased each year. Our Golf Membership entitles golfers to full playing and club privileges with the safe knowledge that any unused units can be carried forward to the following membership year. The different levels of affordability offer the casual and the regular golfer the flexibility and peace of mind that has always been missing from golfing membership.

With Golf Membership starting at just £199 per annum it allows you to be in control of the timing and cost of your golf, but still receiving the benefits of full club membership.

All units can also be used for Guests golf when played with a member. A member is permitted to sign in a maximum of three guests per day.

Individual Membership units are perpetually valid providing that the minimum option of units required is purchased each year.

Family Membership entitles a family of up to four persons to share an option of units. To qualify for a family membership all persons nominated must reside at the same address. All family membership units are perpetually valid providing that the minimum option of units required is purchased each year.

Company Membership entitles a Company to have between 2 and 4 nominated card holders who become members of the Club. These membership cards are fully transferable thus can subsequently be passed to Company employees/clients and guests to play golf without a nominated card holder (member) being present. Each card can be used for a maximum of 4 players at any one time. All Company Memberships are perpetually valid providing that the minimum option of units required is purchased each year.

Once you have used up your units, simply choose from options A to D for your next rounds at the Club.

A members membership year runs twelve months from their last payment.
